A class series enables you to learn the practice of meditation step-by-step. Learn to sit comfortably with calm attention while using breath awareness to draw the energy inward and find your hidden source of peace.
You will be able to practice what you learn at home and return to class and discuss questions, while gradually taking steps to a deep and regular meditation practice that will touch every part of your life.
Ancient yogic techniques that are simple, effective and universal provide the keys to awakening our highest potential and deepest awareness of all that is.
