The Yogoda Lessons: sharing the heart of Yogananda's original lessons of yoga

What is Yogoda? Find out about the many less known, yoga teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda as outlined in the original Yogoda lessons.

Do you want strength or do you want health? You may answer, “I want both.” But remember: too much attention given to gaining strength will make you miss real health—for the heart, lungs, and other vital organs can be overworked and thus weakened, just as when a motor is overworked. Learn to draw energy into the body at will with Yogoda. Yogoda will give wonderful health, vim, vigor, a feeling of freshness in every tissue, and more than sufficient strength.

In this workshop we will explore:

The original Yogoda Exercises
The Energization Exercises
Yogananda’s specific exercises for:
throat healing
leg or arm healing
eye healing
knee healing
general body part healing exercises

We will utilize muscle testing to show what worked and what did not.

We will also sample drinks and foods for healing as described by Yogananda:
Tomato preparation for Liver toning
Tomato juice fasting
Kidney and Bladder rejuvenator to help with the fear of winter
Balanced neither sweet nor sour drinks for healing and health
Cold and flu remedy
