Ananda Dallas offers a variety of yoga classes for all ages and bodies. Yoga combines movement, stillness, awareness and focused concentration for benefits to the body, mind and spirit. Our teachers are enthusiastic and trained in helping you gain the most from your yoga experience. 

Ananda Yoga®

is a gentle and meditative approach to Hatha Yoga with emphasis on the physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Our approach emphasizes dynamic relaxation through the various postures, combined with breathing techniques and mental focus. The result is physical rejuvenation, mental clarity and a deeper sense of inner peace.

Sunday Evening Yoga With Jyoti

Sundays, 5 pm – 6:15 pm
$15 drop-in / $50 per month

Come end your weekend and start your work week off right with with this balancing yoga practice! A combination of guided relaxation, affirmations, and postures come together in a nurturing environment where you can explore movement and express your unique asana practice in a safe place. Ananda Yoga Classes with Supriya

Drop-in classes every Tuesday and Thursday
6:20 – 7:20 pm
$10 for drop-in / $50 for a month of unlimited classes

Saturday Morning Yoga with Lynn

Saturdays, 9 – 10:30 am
with Lynn Absher       
$15 per class / first class $10 for newcomers
