The Yoga of Conscious Relationships

Saturday, May 18    1 – 3 pm

Join Dr. David Young for a 2-hour workshop on the principles that guide good relationships, whether they be friends, family, colleagues, or romantic partners. We will explore the underlying psychological and biological dynamics which underlie our relationships, and how our conscious awareness of these dynamics can help us change our behaviors to improve our relationships.

The goal is for you to come away from this workshop with:

  1. A psychobiological understanding of relationships that will help you understand the reoccurring patterns you observe in your own relationships.
  2. An understanding of 10 principles of behavior that you can apply to strengthen and enliven your relationship.
