This interactive class series is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles, intended for anyone who wants to understand Yoga—and life—more deeply.
The course is based on the book, The *Art and Science of Raja Yoga by Swami Kriyananda, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, and is available for purchase in the Ananda boutique.
Each class includes yoga postures for all experience levels, pranayama, meditation and the philosophy behind it all. Taught by a variety of teachers most of whom have nearly 20 years experience or more in practicing and presenting these teachings. This course is the second level of Kriya yoga as brought by Paramhansa Yogananda.
