The world of yoga is diverse and growing. Ananda respects all paths that lead people to greater awareness, expansion, health, vitality, and inner connection with their highest potential.

While our primary focus is on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and his disciple, Swami Kriyananda, we have teachers who offer wonderful tools and techniques that are in harmony with the teachings of Self-Realization.

Hatha Yoga with Maya

Gentle Yoga with Maya

Fridays, beginning Oct 6,  5:30 – 6:30 pm through Dec 18

Gentle yoga is perfect for beginners. It is suitable for students who have limited flexibility, limited mobility and who prefer to stretch without too much exertion.
