The world of yoga is diverse and growing. Ananda respects all paths that lead people to greater awareness, expansion, health, vitality, and inner connection with their highest potential.

While our primary focus is on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and his disciple, Swami Kriyananda, we have teachers who offer wonderful tools and techniques that are in harmony with the teachings of Self-Realization.

Children’s Yoga and Meditation Class

Fridays: April 13, April 20, April 27, and May 4,  4 – 5 pm
$20 per class

Bring your children of ages 5 and up and allow them to learn to balance the energies of the body and mind by way of yoga and pranayama. They will also learn to be calm and focused through meditation. Parents are welcome to stay.  more info


New! Postnatal Yoga and Toddler Yoga Classes

Moms come enjoy yoga and have fun with your infants and toddlers at the same time. An opportunity for movement, creative play, satsang with other Moms and uplifting, calming energy.  Several sessions to choose from.    Learn more

9 – 10:30 am with Lynn Absher       $15 
This class with Lynn Absher is a blend of relaxing, calm stretching and vigorous, strength building standing poses.
