This 3 hour workshop begins with a straightforward clarification of western nutrition, dispelling the myths and making sense of the overabundance of confusing information being published daily. The chore of knowing what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat is removed with a stress free approach that makes life better.
We will then discover the benefits of Ayurveda with a clear explanation of what it is and how to use it. We will discover our constitutions and how to eat right for our unique body types. We will learn about taste therapy, healthy lifestyle routines, and sleep hygiene as well as weight loss tools unique to Ayurveda.
Lastly, we will discuss the six stages of the disease process and review the benefits of cleansing as an effective tool for disease prevention. We will review several different cleansing routines including home pancha karma, parasite cleansing, colon cleansing, and effective liver cleansing. We will leave empowered, knowing the steps to take to feel great, lose weight, and live in a fully functional and healthy body.
