Saturday,  August 25,  1- 5 pm
Responsible Giving – at the door

The world is not a reflection of our hopes, dreams, and wishes. If it were, who among us would not hope a different hope, dream a different dream, and wish a different wish. What does our world reflect back to us?

In this 4 hour, donation based seminar, Reverend Michael Gadway and Dr. Eric Cameron Dafoe will share the enduring and liberating psychology of Yoga and the practice of Radical Acceptance which teach us how to live effectively and freely in this world without restrictions.

What do the Bhagavad Gita, The Yoga Sutra and The Upanishads say about our thoughts and feelings? Why should we come to terms with the past? How do we free ourselves from limiting thoughts and behaviors?

In part 1 of this ground breaking seminar, Rev. Gadway will explain the basis of yoga psychology as revealed in the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the Upanishads. We will cover where emotional & psychological challenges come from and why we want to intrepidly face what is in our minds and hearts.

In part 2, Dr. Dafoe will share the liberating techniques of radical acceptance and mindfulness which empower us to free ourselves from our subconscious drives, habits, and tendencies by bringing them to conscious mind to be neutralized and released.

Part 3 of this 4 hour seminar will share transformational yoga techniques to re-channel the new and vibrant energies free to rise and flow when we are no longer using them to suppress and repress bothersome thoughts and feeling.
