Come begin your week with this balancing yoga class! A combination guided relaxation, affirmations, and postures come together in a nurturing environment where you can explore movement and express your unique asana practice in a safe place. Followed by a brief meditation.
Please note all workshops and classes are non-refundable. Credit for future classes can be applied to account if at least a 24 hr notice is received. Thank you.
