Mondays,  6:15 – 7 pm
$15 drop in

Come begin your week with this balancing yoga class! A combination guided relaxation, affirmations, and postures come together in a nurturing environment where you can explore movement and express your unique asana practice in a safe place.

Cost:  $15 drop in; 5/$60; $10/100 can be used for both Sunday and Monday classes

About Priya Harris

Priya has been a yoga practitioner for 10 years, and has been an RYT for over 3 years. She enjoys incorporating and combining aspects from the many modalities practiced over the years into her classes for a unique experience each class. She started practicing after a friend invited her to a class and quickly found there was more than just a physical aspect to this practice of yoga. The healing and growth experienced after starting down the yogic path inspired her to become a teacher so she could share with others. Priya has a heart for service and views her classes as a way to serve others by allowing the intuitive Divine energy to guide her through facilitating classes and giving fellow practitioners the tools they need to be safe and calm during practice.
