This three-class series takes you step-by-step through the practice of meditation using ancient yogic techniques. Learn to sit comfortably with calm attention while using breath awareness to draw the energy inward.
You will be able to practice what you learn at home and return to class to discuss and ask questions, while gradually taking steps to a deep and regular meditation practice that will touch every part of your life.
