Seva” is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service” or work performed without any thought of reward or repayment. In ancient India seva was believed to help one’s spiritual growth.

A true Seva Yogi needs no recognition for service. Many have served selflessly to make the center a place for many to come and be nourished by the teachings of this path. The Gratitude ceremony recognizes all those who have given selflessly. The ceremony is based on ancient Indian tradition.

We will start with a fire ceremony, followed by readings on service and meditation. The ceremony will recognize each person who has served.

Come celebrate this ancient tradition with all the Seva Yogis.
