For Millennia Yogis have been practicing the ancient art of Yoga Nidra: allowing the body to sleep while staying conscious in order to concentrate, meditate and achieve higher states of awareness

During this unique class, Rev. Michael Gadway will teach the powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of peace and feeling rejuvenated.

Relax the body, calm the mind, and remain more awake than you ever have before as you enter super-consciousness!

About Michael Gadway

Reverend Michael Gadway began his spiritual studies with Roy Eugene Davis in 1988 and was ordained by him into the Kriya Yoga tradition in 2003. He has made a profound examination of the Vedic sciences including Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology with Dr. David Frawley, and an intense study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita, Samkhya Philosophy, and The Upanishads under the guidance of Roy Eugene Davis. He has taught truth principles and the liberating science of Kriya Yoga and Yoga Psychology for the last 15 years. He has authored 2 books including The Yoga of Healing and The Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali, The eightfold Path to Liberation. He is currently working on his third book, The Kriya Yoga of Patanjali, The Art and Science of Self Realization.
