Tame the "Monkey Mind" ~ Discover the Real You! @ Ananda Meditation Center Dallas | Addison | Texas | United States

This workshop will help you differentiate between your higher consciousness and your ego – the “monkey mind”.

The real you isn’t your body, your thoughts, the voices in your head, or the roles you play. The real you is your higher consciousness, the silent witness, which is wise, peaceful and loving at all times. You can learn to relate to the world from this higher perspective and silence the chatter in your mind!
In this workshop we will explore:
– How the ego works
– Why the ego creates the often-conflicting thoughts it does
– How the ego relates to your emotions and inner energy

Armed with this knowledge, you can begin to tame the ego and operate from your higher self, connecting to the right solution for every challenge or opportunity in every moment.

"Each individual has the power to unlock their own inner clarity and wisdom to overcome any challenge they face in their life. I have been inspired by Swami Kriyananda's words that, ‘people are more important than things.’ This is a guideline that I live by and it gives me the greatest joy to serve in this way.”
