January 5, 2018 marks the anniversary of the birth of the great avatar, Paramhansa Yogananda. For Ananda, this day also marks the final celebration of our holy season.
Honoring the masters at the times of their birth and their exit from this world is a way of tuning into their eternal presence and the vibrations they shared while in the body on earth. It can be a time of subtle and powerful inner communion, as well as shared inspiration and devotion.
Will include first hour of chanting, meditation & a flower ceremony
Followed by showing of an inspirational film about Yogananda, with popcorn & snacks.
Free – love offerings appreciated
