This workshop is part of an interactive 9-week course, Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles. It is intended for those who want to understand Yoga – and live – more deeply.

Each gathering includes Ananda (hatha) Yoga, Energization Exercises, meditation and a class covering a variety of yoga philosophy topics, led by a team of experienced instructors.

Sat, May 4 – Chakras – Maitri & Mark

Thurs, May 9 – Guru – Maitri & Supriya

Thurs, May 16 – Healthy Lifestyle – Michael

Cost for entire course:  $249   Early Bird discount $229 if registered by March 11
Cost for individual classes:  $25 for Thursdays, $40 for Saturday workshops
