This interactive 9-week course is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles. It is intended for those who want to understand Yoga – and live – more deeply.
Each gathering includes Ananda (hatha) Yoga, Energization Exercises, meditation and a class covering a variety of yoga philosophy topics, led by a team of experienced instructors.
Classes and Saturday workshops may be taken individually. Workshops are scheduled on these dates:

Sat, April 15 – Patanjali’s Eight-fold Path + Yamas & Niyamas
Sat, April 29 – Anatomy of Yoga (the chakras)
