About Lynn Absher

I found I had a passion for yoga from the time I took my very first class. From both of my primary yoga instructors, Ranjana Pallana and Bharti Amin, I learned traditional hatha yoga using the breath to link mind and body, exploring the dynamic between will and surrender and practicing the poses slowly with intention and awareness, holding them long enough to energize and rejuvenate every area of the body. I completed my yoga teacher's training in Integrative Yoga, a health and wellness oriented program and I have been a certified yoga instructor at the 200 hour level with the Yoga Alliance since 2003. I have taught yoga at Heights Recreation Center in Richardson, North Central Texas College in Corinth and Shambhala Wellness Center in Denton.

Saturday Morning Yoga with Lynn

Saturdays, 9 – 10:30 am with Lynn Absher        $15 per class / first class $10 for newcomers This class with Lynn Absher is a blend of relaxing, calm stretching and vigorous, strength building standing poses.
