Our popular Kid’s Yoga Camp (ages 5 – 12)
returns this summer with the theme:
Tales from India!

This week long camp is wonderful way to introduce and reinforce the benefits of yoga in our kids as well as let them have a great time experiencing their creativity through the arts and other fun, interactive activities.

In this creative environment your children will learn the tools of meditation and yoga to help them stay connected to their innate joy and navigate the waters of our complicated and often times, stressful world. They will also joyfully experience their awakened creativity though interactive nature games, storytelling and theater, arts, music, and crafts.

All our activities are based on the Education for Life philosophy.
