A movement based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda that helps you bring God into your life through meditation and spiritual living.


We warmly invite you to visit Ananda Meditation and Yoga Center of Dallas, a spiritual resource and sanctuary in the metroplex for 20 years.  It is one of many Ananda Centers around the world dedicated to practicing and sharing the precepts of Self-Realization as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.

We welcome your attendance at any of our weekly meditations, hatha yoga classes and Sunday service as well as special events, series classes and community activities. May you experience the consciousness of inner joy and the presence of the Divine in every moment of your life.
