We warmly invite you to visit Ananda Meditation and Yoga Center of Dallas, a spiritual resource and sanctuary in the metroplex for 20 years.  It is one of many Ananda Centers around the world dedicated to practicing and sharing the precepts of Self-Realization as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. We welcome your attendance at any of our weekly meditations, hatha yoga classes and Sunday service as well as special events, series classes and community activities. The Art and Science of Raja Yoga

This interactive class series is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles, intended for anyone who wants to understand Yoga—and life—more deeply. This course is based on the book,  The Art and Science of Raja Yoga, by Swami Kriyananda, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda, and is available for purchase in the Ananda boutique.
