We warmly invite you to visit Ananda Meditation and Yoga Center of Dallas, a spiritual resource and sanctuary in the metroplex for 20 years.  It is one of many Ananda Centers around the world dedicated to practicing and sharing the precepts of Self-Realization as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. We welcome your attendance at any of our weekly meditations, hatha yoga classes and Sunday service as well as special events, series classes and community activities. May you experience the consciousness of inner joy and the presence of the Divine in every moment of your life.

Sunday Services change times

Beginning July 7, Sunday Service times will change to one hour later. 

10 – 10:50 am:   Purification Service and meditation
10:45 am on fourth Sundays:  Healing Prayers
11 – 12:15 pm: Festival of Light service
11 – 12 pm on second Sundays:  Child Centered Spiritual Activities

Discipleship Explored

Sundays, July 14 and July 21
3 pm – 5 pm
$30 for two classes

What is the meaning of discipleship? What does it mean to be a disciple? In this two class series, we will explore how discipleship relates to the spiritual journey and the role of teachers and teachings. (read more…)

The Art and Science of Raja Yoga: FALL 2019

Begins Sept 12!

This interactive 9-week course is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles. It is intended for those who want to understand Yoga – and live – more deeply.

Each gathering includes Ananda (hatha) Yoga, Energization Exercises, meditation and a class covering a variety of yoga philosophy topics, led by a team of experienced instructors. (read more…)
