We warmly invite you to visit Ananda Meditation and Yoga Center of Dallas, a spiritual resource and sanctuary in the metroplex for 20 years.  It is one of many Ananda Centers around the world dedicated to practicing and sharing the precepts of Self-Realization as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. We welcome your attendance at any of our weekly meditations, hatha yoga classes and Sunday service as well as special events, series classes and community activities. May you experience the consciousness of inner joy and the presence of the Divine in every moment of your life.

The Art and Science of Raja Yoga: Spring 2019

Begins March 21!

This interactive 9-week course is Ananda’s most comprehensive study of yoga principles. It is intended for those who want to understand Yoga – and live – more deeply.

Each gathering includes Ananda (hatha) Yoga, Energization Exercises, meditation and a class covering a variety of yoga philosophy topics, led by a team of experienced instructors. (read more…)
